Join us to celebrate National Recycling Week!

Protect Our Rivers and Ball Corporation are teaming up to bring you a river cleanup on the Hillsborough River in celebration of National Recycling Week!

Join us for an impactful cleanup along the river followed by an after-party with giveaways and a free celebratory beer at Coppertail Brewing Co.

Plus, we'll also be awarding fantastic prizes, including annual family passes to Glazer Children's Museum!

Bring your friends, bring your kids, and get ready to do some good.

Event Details

What to Bring

Please bring water, sunscreen, and any snacks you would like. We recommend wearing closed-toed or water shoes.

Gloves, pickers, and trash bags will be provided.

Meet-Up & Parking

You can park at the parking lot or on the street near N Blvd and W Osborne Ave.

After you park, please head to the Protect Our Rivers tent to check in and grab your supplies.

The Game Plan

After check-in and a safety talk, we’ll head out to pick up trash along the Hillsborough River.

We'll meet back up around 5:00 pm to measure our impact and take a group photo. Then we'll head to Coppertail Brewing Co. for a free celebratory beer!
